I’ve finally started to gain momentum. This is the first time I’m posting on the blog just a day after my first post.
I’ve always had this understanding that it can take about 3 weeks to build the initial momentum and then another 2 weeks to really get into a consistent pattern.
Seeing as my first post was on November 11th, I’m right at that 3-week mark today. It feels good to know that I’m breaking away from the constant negative thoughts that had consumed my mind.
I had this issue with telling myself,
- “You aren’t good enough”
- “You can’t be consistent again”
- “It’s not going to change anything”
Thankfully I’m past that now and feeling much more motivated to get back in the ring swinging.
Onto the next stage.
