Earlier this year I took a hiatus from working on most web development projects. I did this so I could use the time to focus on my family, relationship, and take a step back from the constant grind.
I’ve been in the industry for almost 11 years now and this is my second real break. Now that I’m back, I’ve started to build up momentum and I’m relearning how to develop websites. It’s interesting because I’ve already noticed a different level of experience even though I’ve been separated from it.
For example, I’m working on 3 projects right now. Looking at each of them I can see my skill level increase with design and structure in a very short period of time. I’m even in the process of redeveloping the business model and website for Business Optimizer, which should be ready at the beginning of the new year.
I’m glad to be back! Here’s to the future!
