Taking steps towards intermittent fasting

For the last few years, I’ve been moving towards a more simplified lifestyle. Less sugar, caffeine, and dairy. My next step is moving towards intermittent fasting. I’ve heard a lot about it over the years and feel it could help me mentally and physically.

After eating I always feel groggy, slow, and less motivated. I also don’t enjoy how much I want to go out to eat. It’s expensive and time-consuming.

There’s no sure way to find out if fasting will help until I try it.
