Since January 22nd I have completely revamped a big part of my life. I’m working out approx. 5-6 days a week, I’ve been waking up between 4 and 7 am almost every day, and my daily foods have changed to primarily chicken, rice, broccoli, eggs, fruit, nuts, and oatmeal, along with tons of water and almost no coffee.
It’s now February 21st, which means that tomorrow will be one month on this new focus in my life. I’m super proud of myself. It’s helped me focus more on work, family, and friends because of how much clarity it’s bringing me.
I’ve been jotting down my days on a calendar I put up in my office. Every day I complete a goal, I’m able to mark it off and write down what I did.
In 29 days I’ve:
- Worked out 23 days
- Stayed true to my diet about 22 days
- Read 9 days
- Woke up at or before 7 am a total of 16 days
The first week and a half was insanely tough, I could barely wake up before 9 am. I struggled on almost everything, but now that I’ve put it into a routine it’s gotten WAYY easier. I already feel a big difference in my energy levels and feel like I’ll finally be able to reach my fitness goals for the first time in my life.
