My daily workout routine

I’ve started working out every day at 8:30 am.

As of now, I’m on day 6 and loving it. I’m noticing an immediate change in my energy levels and excited to see how it helps me health wise.

I’m doing this on top of intermittent fasting and decreasing carb count. It’s pushed me to eat extremely healthy throughout the day (mainly fruits, veggies, nuts, and protein).

By making it a consistent time at 8:30 am I’m also encouraged more to work immediately after I finish.
